ABSTRACT
This document is based on an investigation that analyses, with an exploratory scope, some experiences of pregnancy, birth and postpartum in the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic. To do this, a questionnaire was applied to 70 women. The hypothesis is that the current health context increases the degree of control exercised by medical practices and health protocols over the women's body, violating both their rights and those of their unborn children. It is concluded that the current institutional protocols contradict the rights conquered, depending on the fate if a woman's medical control over her body is deepened, or if her rights are protected. The purpose of the document is to advise that, to the uncertainty that women in a childbirth situation usually experience, other issues can be added to this context that contribute to legitimize the violation of their rights(AU)
