Análisis crítico del programa de la asignatura Ontogenia Humana y Sistema Osteomioarticular / Critical analysis of the program of the Human Ontogeny and Osteomyoarticular System subject

RESUMEN

RESUMEN Introducción: el análisis crítico del programa contribuye al perfeccionamiento curricular, además tiene un valor agregado al aportar una herramienta diagnóstica al profesor sobre el desarrollo del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje. Objetivo: analizar críticamente el programa de la asignatura Ontogenia Humana y Sistema Osteomioarticular que se imparte en el primer semestre de primer año de la carrera de Medicina para fortalecer la calidad del proceso docente educativo. Métodos: se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistemática para desarrollar un análisis crítico del contenido de documentos, donde se consideraron tesis de doctorado, maestrías, resoluciones, así como artículos originales y de revisión publicados entre 2009 y 2019 en inglés y español. La búsqueda fue realizada en las bases de datos SciELO y Google Académico en noviembre de 2019, las palabras clave utilizadas fueron programas, asignatura, disciplina, y proceso docente-educativo. Desarrollo el análisis efectuado del programa de la asignatura Ontogenia Humana y Sistema Osteomioarticular expresó cómo abordar los contenidos de manera que se determinen con claridad la habilidad generalizadora y la forma de evaluación, y propone objetivos educativos y métodos de enseñanza que desarrollen el pensamiento creador para el logro de un estudiante cada vez más independiente y participativo. Conclusiones: el análisis crítico del programa identificó las áreas vulnerables hacia donde se deben dirigir las principales acciones encaminadas a aumentar la calidad del proceso docente, lo cual permitió la retroalimentación sobre el desarrollo del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje en la asignatura.

ABSTRACT Introduction: the critical analysis of the program contributes to the improvement of the curriculum; it also has an added value by providing a diagnostic tool to the teacher on the development of the teaching-learning process. Objective: to analyze the program of the Human Ontogeny and Osteomyoarticular System that is taught in the first semester of the first year of the Medicine degree to strengthen the quality of the teaching-learning process. Methods: a systematic bibliographic review was carried out to develop a critical analysis of the content of documents, where doctoral and master's degrees theses, resolutions, as well as original and review articles published from 2009 to 2019 in English and Spanish were considered. The search was carried out in the SciELO and Google Scholar databases in November 2019, the keywords used were programs, subject, discipline, and teaching-learning process. Development the analysis of the program of the Human Ontogeny and Osteomyoarticular System expressed how to approach the contents in a way that clearly determines the generalizing ability and the form of evaluation, and it proposes educational objectives and teaching methods that develop creative thinking to the achievement of an increasingly independent and participatory student. Conclusions: the critical analysis of the program identified the vulnerable areas to which the main actions should be directed; it also aimed at increasing the quality of the teaching process, which allowed feedback on the development of the teaching-learning process in the subject.
