O ensino da saúde da mulher no internato médico: Análise documental em universidades públicas mineiras / Women's health teaching at the medical intership: Public universities from minas gerais documental analysis

RESUMO

Introdução: O internato em Ginecologia e Obstetrícia é uma obrigatoriedade prevista nas Diretrizes Curriculares para o Curso de Medicina (DCN). O enfoque sobre a Saúde da Mulher passou por mudanças ao reconhecer necessidades e direitos das mulheres em seus diversos contextos além da saúde reprodutiva. O movimento pelo parto humanizado e outras lutas feministas apontam nessa direção, o que requer revisões do ensino sobre a saúde das mulheres. Objetivos: Diante de poucos estudos sobre este ensino nas graduações médicas, investigou-se a estruturação curricular em seus objetivos de aprendizagem, cenários de prática, conteúdos, habilidades, competências e metodologias de ensino. Métodos: Análise documental de três universidades públicas mineiras. Os documentos analisados foram os Projetos Pedagógicos e os Planos de Ensino do Internato em Ginecologia e Obstetrícia vigentes em três escolas médicas de Minas Gerais. Tendo como referência às últimas DCN para o Curso de Graduação em Medicina de 2014. Resultados: A análise orientou-se pela formação de médicos generalistas, pelos modelos de assistência e paradigmas de ensino presentes nos internatos de Ginecologia e Obstetrícia. Nota-se que o ensino da saúde da mulher, além de priorizar a gestante e o parto, a própria nomeação do internato alude à especialização. Ainda que as propostas tragam aspectos do cuidado integral às mulheres, a lógica hospitalocêntrica-assistencial, de especialidades e da abordagem biomédica predominam nos currículos estudados. Conclusão: Nota-se pouca apreensão dos modelos de educação e de atenção em saúde que estão em disputas nos currículos e outros tensionamentos no ensino do cuidado à saúde integral das mulheres.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Gynecology and Obstetrics internship is a requirement provided for in the Curricular Guidelines for the Medical Course (DCN in Portuguese). The focus on Women's Health has undergone changes in order to recognize women's needs and rights in their diverse contexts beyond reproductive health. The movement for humanized childbirth and other feminist struggles point in this direction, which requires revisions of teaching about women's health. Objectives: Due to the few studies about this, the curriculum structure was investigated in its learning objectives, practice scenarios, content, skills, competences and teaching methodologies. Methods: Documentary analysis of three public universities from Minas Gerais. The documents analyzed were the Pedagogical Projects and the Teaching Plans of the Internship in Gynecology and Obstetrics from three medical schools in Minas Gerais, using as reference the latest DCN for the Graduate Course in Medicine in 2014. Results: The analysis were guided by the training of general practitioners, by the assistance models and teaching paradigms present in the gynecology and obstetrics boarding schools. Teaching women's health during the internship prioritizes pregnant women and childbirth, and their title itself alludes to specialization. Although the proposals bring aspects of comprehensive care to women, the hospitalcentered care logic, specialties and the biomedical approach predominate in the curricula studied. Conclusion: There is little apprehension of the models of education and health care that are in dispute in the curricula and other tension in the teaching of comprehensive health care for women.
