RESUMEN

El Ministerio de Salud, impulsa la promoción, protección y apoyo a la lactancia materna considerada como la primera y mejor practica de alimentación y la leche materna como la principal fuente de nutrientes de la niñez hasta los 6 meses de vida o más. La lactancia materna contribuye a la construcción de un vínculo afectivo, de seguridad, confianza y amor entre la madre y su niña o niño, que se evidenciara favorablemente durante toda la vida del ser humano. El derecho a la lactancia materna requiere crear condiciones laborales e infraestructuras esenciales en los lugares de trabajo. Por lo que el presente documento establece las especificaciones técnicas y requerimientos mínimos para implementar los espacios para la extracción de leche en los lugares de trabajo

ABSTRACT

The Ministry of Health promotes the promotion, protection and support of breastfeeding considered as the first and best feeding practice and breast milk as the main source of nutrients for children up to 6 months of age or more. Breastfeeding contributes to the construction of a bond of affection, security, trust and love between the mother and her child, which will be positively evidenced throughout the life of the human being. The right to breastfeeding requires the creation of essential working conditions and infrastructure in the workplace. Therefore, this document establishes the technical specifications and minimum requirements to implement spaces for milk extraction in workplaces
