Lineamientos técnicos para la administración de combustible del MINSAL / Technical guidelines for MINSAL fuel administration

RESUMEN

Los presentes Lineamientos incorporan dentro de las actividades y responsabilidades de los encargados de control, autoridades y usuarios de combustible en el Nivel Superior, regiones de salud y hospitales nacionales del MINSAL, acciones y medidas que mejoran el control interno en la gestión y uso del combustible. De igual forma, se mejoran los diferentes procedimientos enfocados al uso controlado de ese suministro, el cual debe ser administrado con mecanismos eficientes, que garanticen seguridad y transparencia en su consumo

ABSTRACT

These Guidelines incorporate within the activities and responsibilities of those in charge of control, authorities and fuel users at the Higher Level, health regions and national hospitals of MINSAL, actions and measures that improve internal control in the management and use of fuel. Likewise, the different procedures focused on the controlled use of that supply are improved. which must be managed with efficient mechanisms that guarantee security and transparency in its consumption
