Una pandemia de conciencia / A pandemic of consciousness

RESUMEN

Esta pandemia nos deje como gran enseñanza que no somos una especie omnipotente, y que todo el planeta, en miles de millones de años de evolución, no fue creado para servirse de él, que hay un límite. ¡Que somos frágiles, y nos necesitamos para vivir en sociedad, que el bien común siempre será un objetivo y que ya no es posible seguir depredando y habrá que diseñar un estilo de aplicar la economía que no nos lleve a un apocalipsis como especie y miles más en franco proceso de extinción, por nuestra culpa, ya que el planeta seguirá existiendo, sin nosotros, hasta que surja otra especie inteligente y cometa los mismos errores hasta que aprenda. Que debemos entender la necesidad de autorregularnos, y mirar todo lo que nos rodea como un bien que, debemos cuidar y preservar, que no es nuestro, sólo prestado. Que la individualidad y el necesario desarrollo del sentido personal, no es sinónimo de individualismo. Que una nación inclusiva y con capacidad de darle un sentido de vida a sus habitantes, como seres necesarios e importantes, tendrá habitantes más sanos, creativos, participativos y mejores madres y padres para cada hijo e hija que nazca. La Salud Mental, simple-mente y compleja-mente, debe ser asumida por un estado responsable. Al final, que al fomentar la consciencia del otro y lo otro, podremos decir a futuro, que esa, nueva realidad sí merecerá ser llamada Nueva Normalidad.

ABSTRACT

bstract: This pandemic leaves us as a great teaching that we are not an omnipotent species, and that the whole planet, in billions of years of evolution, was not created to abuse it, that there is a limit. That we are fragile, and we need to live in society, that the common good will always be a goal,that it is no longer possible to continue to prey, and we will have to design a style of applying the economy that does not lead to an apocalypse to our own species and thousands more in a frank extinction process because of us, since the planet will continue to exist, without us, until another intelligent species emerges and makes the same mistakes until it learns. We must understand the need to self-regulate, and look at everything around us as a good that we must take care of and preserve, which is not ours, only borrowed. Individuality and the necessary development of personal sense is not synonymous with individualism. An inclusive nation with the capacity to give a sense of life to its inhabitants as necessary and important beings, will have healthier, more creative, more active and better mothers and fathers for every son and daughter born. Mental Health, simply- and complex-minded, must be assumed by a responsible state. In the end, by fostering the consciousness of another and the other, we will be able to say in the future, that this new reality will deserve to be called New Normality.
