RESUMEN

En cumplimiento de la Ley de Adquisiciones y Contrataciones de la Administración Pública (LACAP) y para fortalecer las acciones administrativas desarrolladas en el MINSAL; la Unidad de Adquisiciones y Contrataciones Institucional (UACI) es la responsable de realizar todas las actividades relacionadas con la gestión de adquisiciones y contrataciones de obras, bienes y servicios; así como del abastecimiento oportuno de los recursos materiales y servicios necesarios, que estén en concordancia con la aplicación del marco legal, políticas y disposiciones administrativas vigentes, relativas a la adquisición y contratación de bienes y servicios, para el eficiente desarrollo de las labores de las diferentes unidades organizativas de la Institución. El presente manual de organización y funciones, contiene la estructura organizativa, objetivos, funciones y relaciones que orientan su eficiente funcionamiento y la delimitación del campo de acción de los diferentes elementos que intervienen en la UACI

ABSTRACT

In compliance with the Public Administration Procurement and Contracting Law (LACAP) and to strengthen the administrative actions developed in the MINSAL; the Institutional Procurement and Contracting Unit (UACI) is responsible for carrying out all activities related to the management of procurement and contracting of works, goods and services; as well as the timely supply of the necessary material resources and services, which are in accordance with the application of the legal framework, policies and current administrative provisions, related to the acquisition and contracting of goods and services, for the efficient development of the tasks of the different organizational units of the Institution. This organization and functions manual contains the organizational structure, objectives, functions and relationships that guide its efficient operation and the delimitation of the field of action of the different elements that intervene in the UACI.
