RESUMEN

El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto desarrollar las disposiciones de la ley nacer con cariño para un parto respetado y un cuidado cariñoso y sensible para el recién nacido, con el fin de proteger los derechos y la dignidad de la mujer, de la persona que está por nacer y del recién nacido, definiendo los principios que servirán para el desarrollo de la normativa técnica y su funcionamiento en el sistema nacional integrado de salud. SNIS, asegurando una atención de alta calidad en todo el proceso y es de cumplimiento obligatorio por todos los miembros del SNIS, en todo el territorio nacional, comprendiendo la protección de los derechos de la mujer en las etapas preconcepcional, embarazo, parto y los derechos del niño o niña por nacer y del recién nacido

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this Regulation is to develop the provisions of the law to be born with affection for a respected delivery and an affectionate and sensitive care for the newborn, in order to protect the rights and dignity of the woman, of the person who is about to birth and the newborn, defining the principles that will serve for the development of technical regulations and their operation in the integrated national health system.
