RESUMEN

La presente Ley tiene por finalidad garantizar el ejercicio y disfrute pleno de los derechos de toda niña, niño y adolescente y facilitar el cumplimiento de sus deberes, independientemente de su nacionalidad, para cuyo efecto se establece un Sistema Nacional de Protección Integral de la Primera Infancia, Niñez y Adolescencia con la participación de la familia, la sociedad y el Estado, fundamentado en la Constitución de la República y Tratados Internacionales sobre derechos humanos vigentes en El Salvador, especialmente, en la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this Law is to guarantee the exercise and full enjoyment of the rights of all children and adolescents and to facilitate the fulfillment of their duties, regardless of their nationality, for which purpose a National System for Comprehensive Protection of Early Childhood is established.
