El proceso de formulación de la Política Crecer Juntos fue un esfuerzo multisectorial en el cual participaron más de 25 instituciones del sector público y privado y se basó en dos enfoques el enfoque de gestión, basada en resultados para el desarrollo (GpRD), y el enfoque participativo. Dicho proceso contó con la asistencia técnica del Banco Mundial, Unión Europea, Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo y Fondo de las Naciones Unidas para la Infancia. Crecer Juntos retoma los compromisos internacionales adquiridos por el Estado salvadoreño, así como el amplio marco normativo nacional que se enfoca en la protección integral de niñas y niños, a fin de garantizar el pleno goce de sus derechos
ABSTRACT
The process of formulating the Grow up together Policy was a multisectoral effort in which more than 25 public and private sector institutions participated and was based on two approaches the management approach, based on results for development (MfDR), and the participatory approach. This process had the technical assistance of the World Bank, the European Union, the Inter-American Development Bank and the United Nations Children's Fund. resumes the international commitments acquired by the Salvadoran State, as well as the broad national regulatory framework that focuses on the comprehensive protection of girls and boys, in order to guarantee the full enjoyment of their rights
