RESUMEN
En esta nota se describe y documenta el primer registro de la Gallareta Frente Roja, Fulica rufifrons, para los Humedales de Ite en Tacna, Perú. Un individuo adulto de esta especie fue observado, en dos oportunidades, en junio de 2018 en la parte central de estos humedales. Al parecer, se trataría de un individuo vagabundo proveniente de Chile.
ABSTRACT
This paper describes and documents the first record of the Red-fronted Coot Fulica rufifrons for Ite Wetlands in Tacna, Peru. An adult individual of this species was observed, on two occasions, in June 2018 in the central part of these wetlands. Apparently, it would be a vagrant individual from Chile.
