Possibilidades de inserção de discussões sobre o lazer para as mulheres na agenda governamental a partir das punições aos clubes Athletico e Coritiba / Possibilities for inserting discussions about leisure for women in the government agenda based on punishments for Athletico and Coritiba clubs

RESUMO

No início de 2023, Athletico e Coritiba, cumprindo penalizações por episódios de violência entre torcidas, receberam apenas público feminino e mirim em algumas partidas. A partir desse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo foi identificar e descrever as principais possibilidades de inserção de discussões sobre lazer para as mulheres na agenda governamental, impulsionadas pela repercussão dos fatos citados. A pesquisa teve caráter qualitativo, configurando-se em um estudo de caso de cunho exploratório e descritivo, realizado por meio de pesquisa documental e bibliográfica. Verificou-se que as iniciativas encontradas foram influenciadas por grupos de interesse no tema e pela mídia. O conteúdo das discussões e ações encontradas abordam a segurança das mulheres nos estádios, arredores e transporte público em dias de jogos, e o direito à meia-entrada como política afirmativa para promoção e incentivo para que as mulheres ocupem as arquibancadas e usufruam do seu direito ao lazer.

ABSTRACT

In early 2023, Athletico and Coritiba, serving penalties for episodes of violence between supporters, received only female and child audiences in some matches. From that context, the objective of this study was to identify and describe the main possibilities of insertions of discussions about leisure for women in the governmental agenda, driven by the repercussions of the cited facts. The research is qualitative, configuring itself in an exploratory and descriptive case study carried out through documentary and bibliographical research. It was verified that the initiatives found were influenced by interest groups in the theme and by the media. The content of the discussions and actions found and analyzed addresses the safety of women in stadiums, surroundings and public transport on match days, and the right to half-price tickets as an affirmative policy to promote and encourage women to occupy the stadiums and enjoy their right to leisure.
