RESUMO
O estudo objetiva analisar as taxas de internação hospitalar por ICSAP em crianças e adolescentes no estado do Tocantins, Brasil, no período de 2015 a 2020. Trata-se de uma pesquisa retrospectiva com abordagem quantitativa baseada em dados secundários coletados no SIH-SUS, os dados foram organizados em planilhas e analisados por estatística descritiva. As ICSAP foram responsáveis pela hospitalização de 22,9% das crianças e adolescentes no período estudado, a faixa etária compreendida entre 1 e 4 anos foi a mais acometida, seguida pelos menores de 1 ano. As doenças com maiores frequências de internações foram as gastroenterites infecciosas e as pneumonias. Nos adolescentes, a segunda maior taxa de internação foram as doenças relacionadas ao pré-natal, parto e puerpério.
ABSTRACT
The study aims to analyze the rates of hospitalization for PJI in children and adolescents in the state of Tocantins, Brazil, in the period from 2015 to 2020. This is a retrospective research with a quantitative approach based on secondary data collected in SIH-SUS, the data were organized in spreadsheets and analyzed by descriptive statistics. The PJCI were responsible for the hospitalization of 22.9% of children and adolescents in the period studied, the age group between 1 and 4 years was the most affected, followed by those under 1 year. The diseases with the highest frequency of hospitalizations were infectious gastroenteritis and pneumonia. In adolescents, the second highest hospitalization rates were diseases related to prenatal, childbirth and puerperium.
