RESUMEN

Los condiciones de vida de las personas y en especial las situaciones vitales estresantes determinan estados emocionales que parecen ubicarse en "el antes" y "el después" de un evento cardíaco. Al considerar las emociones vinculadas a la aparición o complicación de cualquier enfermedad, se está dando justo valor a la subjetividad de cada persona, a su forma de ver y sentir el mundo, y a entender la individualidad de los procesos mórbidos con sus matices biológicos, psicológicos y sociales. Permite además contemplar la enfermedad como un fenómeno complejo y multideterminado. El presente trabajo se inspira en los criterios de la investigación clínica que tiene como objetivo el estudio del comportamiento individual. Su enfoque es cualitativo. Busca describir las cualidades de un fenómeno. En este caso tres intervenciones psicoterapéuticas ( dos individuales y una grupal) en pacientes de la Unidad de Prevención Secundaria Cardiovascular (UPS) del Hospital Universitario "Dr. Manuel Quintela".

ABSTRACT

The living conditions of people and especially stressful life situations determine emotional states that seem to be located in "the before" and "the after" of a cardiac event. When considering the emotions linked to the appearance or complication of any disease, it is giving just value to the subjectivity of each person, to their way of seeing and feeling the world, and to understand the individuality of the morbid processes with their biological, psychological and social nuances. It also allows to contemplate the disease as a complex and multidetermined phenomenon. The present work is inspired by the criteria of clinical research that aims to study individual behavior. His approach is qualitative. It seeks to describe the qualities of a phenomenon. In this case, three psychotherapeutic interventions (two individual and one group) in patients of the Cardiovascular Secondary Prevention Unit (UPS) of the University Hospital "Dr. Manuel Quintela".
