Bonde do cine: uma experiência intersetorial de educação popular em saúde / CINE BEVY: an intersectoral experience of popular education in health

RESUMO

O presente relato trata de uma experiência intitulada Bonde do Cine discutindo cinema, produzindo saúde. O projeto foi desenvolvido por profissionais contratados e residentes de uma unidade de saúde do Grupo Hospitalar Conceição, localizada na Vila Jardim ­ bairro da região norte da cidade de Porto Alegre/RS, com adolescentes de uma escola pública da mesma região. A iniciativa, pautada pelo princípio da Educação Popular em Saúde, buscou articular diferentes áreas do conhecimento e setores sociais, com o objetivo de contribuir para o fortalecimento, autonomia e emancipação dos adolescentes residentes na comunidade da Vila Jardim. A cultura foi o fio condutor do projeto, sendo trabalhada por meio de vídeos assistidos e debatidos coletivamente, partindo de temáticas de interesse dos adolescentes. Os resultados do projeto são positivos na perspectiva dos diferentes atores envolvidos, trazendo à tona o desafio da intersetorialidade na construção de ações e políticas comuns em benefício da comunidade.

ABSTRACT

This report deals with an experience entitled Cine Bevy discussing cinema, producing health. The project was developed by contracted professionals and residents of a Conceição Hospital Group health unit, located in Vila Jardim - northern district of the city of Porto Alegre, RS - with adolescents from a public school in the same community. This initiative was guided by the principle of Popular Education in Health, trying to join different areas of knowledge and social sectors, in order to contribute to the strengthening, autonomy, and empowerment of adolescents living in the Vila Jardim community. Culture was the common thread of the project, being worked on through videos watched and discussed collectively, based on themes of interest to the teenagers. Project results are positive from the perspective of the different individuals involved, bringing out the challenge of intersectoriality in the construction of common policies and actions for the benefit of the community.
