Representações sociais e fonoaudiologianas unidades básicas de saúde / Social representations and phonoaudiology in primary care on public health

RESUMO

Objetivo: identificar as representações sociais sobre ofonoaudiólogo e sua participação nas equipes construídaspor profissionais integrantes da equipe de saúde. Materiaise Métodos: trata-se de um estudo exploratório obtido emuma pesquisa realizada com profissionais que atuam emunidades básicas de saúde em João Pessoa – PB. Os dadosforam coletados a partir de entrevista semi-estruturada eanalisadas utilizando-se o software ALCESTE 4.8. Resultados:os resultados apontam quatro classes ou categorias deanálise, como: Atividades associadas à prática dofonoaudiólogo, Participação do fonoaudiólogo em equipesde saúde, Justificativas para a participação do fonoaudiólogonas equipes de saúde; Descrições sobre a dinâmica deatuação do fonoaudiólogo nas equipes de saúde. Conclusão:Ressalta-se que os sujeitos da pesquisa representam osatores sociais de nível superior atuantes nas unidadesbásicas de saúde associando-os à pesquisa, com destaqueàs dificuldades e aspectos psicossociais relativo ao contextoda participação do fonoaudiólogo como um novo parceiroacerca da estratégia saúde da família.

ABSTRACT

Objective: identify the social representations about thespeech therapist and his participation in the teams built byintegral professionals of the most minimum team of health.Material and Methods: consist of an exploratory studyobtained in a research carried out with professionals thatact in basic units of health in João Pessoa – PB. The datawere collected from interview structured and analyzed byusing the ALCESTE 4.8 software. Results: the results aimfour classes or categories of analysis, such as: descriptionsabout the activities of the speech therapist; participation ofthe speech therapist in the multiprofessional team;justifications for enclosure of the speech therapist in thebasic attention of health; partner of the users’ service.Conclusions: It is observed They observed the physicologicalimplications involved in the elaboration of the knowledge,while the whole character, which function of orientation ofthe behaviors drives the subjects to the elaboration of themeanings, connected to the participation of the speechtherapist in the basic units of health, produced by those whoact in the service of basic health attention.
