Satisfação no trabalho de professores de Educação Física do magistério público municipal de Porto Alegre / Job satisfaction of physical education teachers of municipal public teaching of Porto Alegre

RESUMO

A carreira docente pode ser analisada a partir de ciclos ou fases que o professor percorre durante a sua trajetória profissional. Diante dessas classificações, busca-se compreender as possíveis mudanças ocorridas na percepção dos professores com o avanço nos ciclos que caracterizam o desenvolvimento profissional docente. Dentre as temáticas abordadas se destacam aquelas relacionadas ao bem estar do trabalhador docente, as quais têm oportunizado um melhor entendimento sobre os fatores que interferem na vida dos professores ao longo dos anos. O objetivo deste estudo foi constatar o nível de satisfação no trabalho de professores de Educação Física da rede municipal de Porto Alegre ­ RS. Participaram da investigação 64 professores de Educação Física que responderam o QVT-PEF. Apesar dos resultados indicarem que maioria dos professores está satisfeita com o trabalho docente, baixos índices de satisfação foram encontrados nas dimensões remuneração, condições de trabalho e trabalho e espaço total da vida. Além disso, os professores do ciclo de maturidade na carreira estão mais satisfeitos nas dimensões oportunidade futura de crescimento e segurança e constitucionalismo na organização do trabalho do que os colegas que se encontram no ciclo de experimentação na carreira e desempenham suas funções laborais a menos de 10 anos. Cabe destacar que baixos índices de satisfação foram revelados nas dimensões Remuneração, Condições de trabalho e Trabalho e espaço total da vida. As evidências encontradas neste estudo permitem concluir que a maioria dos professores de Educação Física atuantes na rede municipal de ensino de Porto Alegre está satisfeita com o trabalho docente.(AU)

ABSTRACT

A teaching career can be analyzed from cycles or phases that the teacher covers during his career. Given these ratings, we try to understand the possible changes in the perception of teachers with advancement cycles that characterize the teacher's professional development. Among the issues addressed are highlighted those related to the welfare of teachers, which enable a better understanding of the factors that interfere in the lives of teachers over the years. The aim of this study was to establish the level of satisfaction in the job of teachers of Physical Education of the Porto Alegre - RS. There were 64 Physical Education teachers involved in the investigation, they answered to the QVT-PEF. Besides the results indicated that the majority of the teachers is satisfied with the teaching work, low levels of satisfaction were found in the remuneration, job conditions and job and total space of life dimensions. Furthermore, the teachers from the cycle of maturity in the career are more satisfied in the future opportunities of growing and security and constitutionalism in the job organization dimensions than the coworkers that are in the cycle of experimentation in the career and develop their job functions less than 10 years. It is noteworthy that low satisfaction rates were revealed in the dimensions remuneration, working conditions and work space and full of life. The evidence from this study showed that the majority of physical education teachers working in the municipal schools of Porto Alegre is satisfied with the teaching work.(AU)
