Diámetros del bronquio principal y vasos pulmonares a nivel del hilio del pulmón en el hombre / Diametres of the main bronchies and pulmonary vessels at the level of the pulmonary hilum in man

RESUMEN

Se realizó disección macro-microscópica por el método de V. Variabiar a 25 bloques anatómicos de fetos humanos y hombre adulto de ambos sexos. Se estudió el diámetro del bronquio principal, la arteria y las venas en los hilios pulmonares derecho e izquierdo y estos diámetros fueron comparados en ambos hilios pulmonares. En los fetos humanos los diámetros promedios del bronquio principal y de las venas son muy similares en ambos hilios pulmonares, mientras que la arteria pulmonar derecha tiene un diámetro casi el doble del grosor de este vaso en el hilio pulmonar izquierdo. En el hombre adulto todos los elementos estudiados del hilio pulmonar presentaron mayor diámetro en el hilio pulmonar derecho, también se observó mayor grosor del bronquio principal con relación al izquierdo.

ABSTRACT

Macroscopic and microscopic dissective was performed through the V. Variabiar Method to 25 anatomic blocks of human fetuses and adult man of both sexes. The diameter of the main bronchus, artery and veins in the rigth and left pulmonary hili and these diameters were compared in both pulmonary hili. In human fetuses, standard diameters of the main bronches and of pulmonary veins are very similar in both pulmonary hili white the rigth pulmonary artery has a diameter almost of twice thickering of this vessel in the left pulmonary hili. In the adult man, all elements studied of the pulmonary hilum had greater diameter in the reight pulmonary hilum, it was also obseved greater thicknening of the rigth main bronchus in relation to the left.
