RESUMEN
Se presentó un paciente con infestación por Fasciola hepática y Strongyloides stercoralis, comentamos la rareza de esta asociación y las características clínicas de ambas parasitosis, haciendo énfasis en la estrongiloidosis.
ABSTRACT
A patient with infestation for hepatic fasciola and strongyloides stercoralis is presented. The rareness of this association and clinical charasteristics of both parasitosis are commented emphasizing strongyloidosis.
