Compreendendo o fenômeno da aposentadoria em uma perspectiva relacional: contribuições do pensamento sistêmico / Understanding retirement in a relational perspective: contributions from systemic thinking

RESUMO

Este estudo de natureza teórica visa apresentar o pensamento sistêmico e suas contribuições para a compreensão da aposentadoria no contexto familiar, relacional e de trabalho. O artigo está divido em duas seções, além da introdução, na qual é realizada a caracterização dos principais aspectos envolvidos na experiência de desligamento laboral e suas repercussões. A primeira seção discute os fundamentos históricos e epistemológicos do pensamento sistêmico, enquanto que, na segunda seção, é apresentado o aporte do ciclo de vida familiar como possibilidade teórico-prática para apreensão e intervenção no processo de aposentadoria. Considera-se que o pensamento sistêmico permite o aprofundamento de elementos do contexto relacional de vida do indivíduo, os quais influenciam desde a tomada de decisão até a adaptação à este período da vida. Diante disso, ressalta-se a relevância de ações e pesquisas com essa fundamentação, tendo em vista que a mesma possibilita a ampliação do lócus de análise.(AU)

ABSTRACT

This theoretical study aims at presenting the systemic thinking and its contributions to understanding retirement in its family, relational and work contexts. The article is divided in two sections, besides the introduction, in which the main aspects involved in the experience of retirement and its repercussions are characterized. The first section discusses the historical and epistemological bases of the systemic thinking, whereas the second section presents the family life cycle contribution as a theoretical-practical possibility for the apprehension and intervention in the retirement process. The systemic thinking is considered to allow a deeper understanding of elements from an individual’s relational context, which influence from their decision making to their adaptation to this period of life. Thus, the study highlights the relevance of actions and research within this framework, bearing in mind that such framework allows for an increase in the analysis locus.(AU)
