RESUMO

O objetivo do trabalho é refletir sobre as primeiras experiências práticas do terapeuta e de seu contato com um paciente que apresenta funcionamento autístico acentuado, em um contexto de ambientoterapia. O autor tece reflexões sobre sentimentos contratransferenciais de desamparo e insignificância, relacionando-os com a estrutura defensiva do paciente, bem como sua dificuldade em conectar-se com estados tão primitivos da mente. Utilizando algumas das contribuições de Bion ao pensamento psicanalítico, tenta localizar onde esses fenômenos estariam situados em relação à experiência emocional que os vincula. Por fim, destaca que compreende os fenômenos autísticos como uma manobra psíquica protetora contra sentimentos de não existência.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to reflect on the first practical experience of the therapist and his contact with a patient who presents an accentuated autistic functioning, in a context of environment-psychotherapy. The author weaves reflections on countertransferencial feelings of helplessness and insignificance, relating them to the defensive structure of the patient as well as about the difficulty in connecting with such primitive mental states. Using some of Bion's contributions to the psychoanalytical thought, tries to locate where these phenomena would be located in relation to the emotional experience that binds. Finally, it's highlighted that the autistic phenomena is a protective psychic maneuver against feelings of nonexistence.(AU)
