RESUMO

Objetivo:

Analisar as LER/DORT notificadas no estado do Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil, de 2010 a 2014 em relação ao perfil da população, aspectos epidemiológicos e características desses agravos.

Método:

estudo descritivo, com dados obtidos do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN), pela Secretaria Estadual de Saúde.

Resultados:

no período analisado foram notificados 403 casos de LER/DORT, 72% (290) distribuídos no município de Natal. Quanto ao perfil, 88,59% (357) possuem idade entre 25 e 54 anos, 62,78% (253) eram mulheres, e 31,51% (127) tinham ensino médio completo. A ocupação mais acometida foi a de costureira com 24,97% (97). Os diagnósticos de maior ocorrência foram as sinovites e tenossinovites (CID M 65), com 30,02% (121).

Conclusão:

o SINAN representa uma potencial base de dados para caracterizar o perfil das LER/DORT. Além disso, este estudo reflete a necessidade de implementação de estratégias de proteção aos trabalhadores por parte das empresas (AU).
ABSTRACT

Objective:

To analyze the WMSD reported in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, 2010 to 2014 in relation to the profile of the population, epidemiological aspects and features of these diseases

Methods:

A descriptive study, with data obtained from the Information Resulting System Notification (SINAN), the State Department of Health.

Results:

during the study period were reported 403 cases of RSI / MSDs, 72% (290) distributed in Natal. Regarding the profile, 88.59% (357) have aged between 25 and 54 years, 62.78% (253) were women, and 31.51% (127) had completed high school. The most affected was the occupation of seamstress with 24.97% (97). The higher incidence of diagnoses were synovitis and tenosynovitis (CID F 65), with 30.02% (121).

Conclusion:

SINAN is a database of potential to characterize the profile of WMSD. In addition, this study reflects the need to implement protection strategies to workers by businesses (AU).
