ABSTRACT
The skin tumors are the most common malignant neoplasms in the world, and only the basal cell carcinoma can overcome the epidermoid carcinoma. Generally, they have a slow growth and are locally invasive, but they also can generate lymph node metastases, distant metastases, and can cause local invasion that progresses to funcional deficit and needs complex and deformating treatments. As the population do not have information about this disease and they find difficulty to access the healthy services, and because these tumors are, in the most of cases, considerated only a esthetics injure, these lesions are disregarded for the pacients and for the healthy professionals, generating advanced situations like this case demonstrated by the autors of this report (AU)
