Projeto terapêutico singular no atendimento de mulheres em um CAPS AD III / Singular therapeutic project in women attending in a CAPS AD III

RESUMO

Este estudo objetiva debater o Projeto Terapêutico Singular a partir da análise de prontuários de mulheres atendidas em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Drogas. Foi realizado um levantamento nos prontuários de 27 mulheres atendidas no serviço. Os resultados levaram a três categorias principais: características sociodemográficas e do consumo; processo do tratamento; e temática das redes articuladas à construção do projeto terapêutico. Apesar da diversidade de ações e redes utilizadas, este levantamento evidencia a necessidade da ampliação de ofertas terapêuticas orientadas para o público feminino, visando à ampliação de recursos para mulheres. O projeto terapêutico articulado em rede e focado nas necessidades femininas pode fortalecer vínculos e propiciar uma atenção singularizada e acolhedora.

ABSTRACT

This study aims at discussing the Singular Therapeutic Project from the analysis of medical records of women treated at a Center of Psychosocial Attention Alcohol and Drugs. A survey was conducted in the medical records of 27 women attending the service. The results led to three main categories: sociodemographic and consumption characteristics; treatment process; and the theme of the networks articulated to the building of the therapeutic project. Despite the diversity of actions and networks used, this survey highlights the need to expand therapeutic offrs targeting the female public, aimed at expanding resources for women. The therapeutic project articulated in network and focused on women's needs can strengthen ties and provide a singularized and warm attention.
