Investigación: una debilidad en enfermería y su relación con la situación de salud, enfermedades crónicas, políticas y economía nacional / Investigation: a weakness in nursing and its relation with the situation of health, chronic diseases, policies and national economy

RESUMEN

Introducción: México en las últimas décadas sufre de una situación crítica en salud, debido al aumento en las enfermedades crónico degenerativas que no solo afecta a la población adulta sino también a niños y adolescentes existiendo así una transición epidemiológica; Por otro lado cabe mencionar el insuficiente financiamiento a nivel nacional que se le ha otorgado a la salud, causando una prestación deficiente de servicios de salud afectando con mayor énfasis a las poblaciones periféricas de grandes ciudades y a las comunidades rurales. Materiales y Métodos: Artículo de reflexión sobre la investigación como debilidad en enfermería y la relación con la salud, políticas, economía nacional e incidencia de las enfermedades crónico degenerativas. Resultados: El análisis crítico de la literatura muestra la descripción de la situación de salud en México, sus políticas de salud y educativas así como de la economía nacional y la relación de esto con la enfermería y el desarrollo de la investigación. Discusión y Conclusiones: La investigación en enfermería es todavía una empresa pequeña, pocos se dedican a ella y pocos son los que tienen un grado académico avanzado que les permita explorar problemas a nivel que puedan generar teoría" y que a su vez sea apoyada económicamente.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Mexico in you complete decades suffers of a critical situation in health, due to the increase in the diseases chronic that not only affects to the adult population but also to children and adolescents existing therefore a transition epidemiologist; On the other hand it is possible to mention the insufficient one financing at national level that has granted him to the health, having caused a deficient benefit of services of health affecting with greater emphasis to the peripheral populations of great cities and to the rural communities. Materials and Methods: Article of reflection on the investigation like weakness in infirmary and the relation with the health, policies, national economy and incidence of the diseases chronic. Results: The critical analysis of Literature shows the description of the situation of health in Mexico, its educative policies of health and as well as of the national economy and the relation of this with the infirmary and the development of the investigation. Discussion and Conclusions: The investigation in infirmary is still a small company, few are dedicated to her and few are those that have an advanced academic degree that allows them to explore problems at level which they can generate theory" and that it is supported as well economically.
