RESUMEN

El autor enfoca, por un lado, el método de estudio de las fallas lógicas en el pensar del terapeuta al intervenir con el paciente y, por otro lado, el método de estudio de los deseos surgidos en el terapeuta por el influjo del paciente, y que perturban su trabajo clínico. Respecto de las fallas lógicas del terapeuta, considera las contradicciones de las ideas entre sí y de las ideas con los hechos, lo cual incluye las contradicciones lógicas en cuanto a la función de las intervenciones, en cuanto a la construcción o el procedimiento y en cuanto al estilo. El autor destaca que, en el caso de las fallas lógicas, el displacer intelectual ante la contradicción, que conduce a que se detenga un proceso de pensamiento, queda narcotizado. Tras indicar los caminos para la investigación de estas diferentes formas de las contradicciones lógicas, el autor pasa a sugerir el modo de investigar en el discurso del terapeuta sus deseos y defensas generados por el influjo de los procesos psíquicos del paciente. El trabajo termina con breves consideraciones referidas a las posibilidades de combinar los estudios de los pensamientos y los deseos del terapeuta en las investigaciones sobre la contratransferencia.(AU)

ABSTRACT

The author focuses, on the one hand, on the method of study of flaws in the logical thinking of the therapist when intervening with the patient, and, on the other hand, on the method of study of the wishes in the therapist resulting from the influx of the patient, and which disrupt his clinical work. With regard to the logical flaws of the therapist, the author considers the contradictions between ideas and between ideas and facts, which includes logical contradictions in terms of the function of the interventions, in terms of the construction or the procedure and in terms of style. The author highlights the fact that, in the case of the logical flaws, intellectual displeasure concerning contradictions, which leads the process of thought to a stop, becomes anesthetized. After indicating directions for the investigation of these different forms of logical contradictions, the author goes on to suggest the discourse investigation approach for the therapist's wishes and defenses generated by the influx of the patient's psychic processes. The work ends with brief considerations concerning the possibilities of combining studies of the thoughts and wishes of the therapist in investigations on countertransference.(AU)
