O papel da alienação do trabalho marxiana na construção do caráter social / The role of marxian alienation of labor in the construction of social charater

RESUMO

O presente artigo pretende realizar uma discussão acerca do modo de exploração do trabalho humano pelo capital enquanto fonte formadora do caráter individual e, com isto, social. Baseado no pensamento filosófico e econômico marxista, que inicia a crítica ao modo de produção capitalista calcada principalmente nas questões humanas, será demonstrado um rápido panorama da evolução dos modelos de produção a partir da Revolução Industrial até o moderno modelo de acumulação flexível, salientando nesta análise considerações a respeito da relação do ser humano com o trabalho, que permeia tanto as análises sociológicas quanto psicológicas. Partindo da ideia construída por Marx acerca da centralidade da atividade laboral ao ser humano, presente em sua teoria do materialismo histórico, o autor relata em suas obras as consequências que a alienação do trabalho, ao modo de sua época, geram à formação do indivíduo e à percepção deste sobre o mundo ao seu redor. Com base nesta ideia, pretende-se demonstrar neste artigo a continuação do papel da alienação do trabalho à constituição do ser humano no século XX, principalmente no que tange às considerações acerca dos novos valores e comportamentos adotados na modernidade.

ABSTRACT

This article intends to hold a discussion on the mode of exploitation of human labor by capital as a source former of individual and, with it, social character. Based on Marxist economic and philosophical thought, which initiates the criticism of capitalist mode of production principally grounded in human affairs, will be shown a quick overview of the evolution of production models from the Industrial Revolution to the modern model of flexible accumulation, stressing in this analysis considerations about the relationship of humans with the work that permeates both the sociological and psychological analysis. Starting from the idea built by Marx about the centrality of labor to human , present in his theory of historical materialism, the author reports on his works the consequences of that the alienation of labor, at mode of their time, generate the formation of individual and on the perception of the world around them. Based on this idea, we intend to demonstrate in this article the continuing role of the alienation of labor to the constitution of the human being in the twentieth century, especially in regard to the considerations of the new values and behaviors adopted in modernity.
