RESUMO

Introdução: Apesar de existirem diversos estudos sobre a implantação de serviços de saúde mental e sua eficácia para o cuidado de indivíduos específicos (estudos de caso) ou a avaliação dos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, inexistem estudos sobre a implantação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) em um município. A implantação da RAPS é a consolidação em serviços públicos de uma Política conquistada pela população através da Luta Antimanicomial. Apesar de ser uma luta por um projeto de sociedade, seus maiores frutos até o momento se constituem na legislação que ampara a Reforma Psiquiátrica e a RAPS. A implantação da RAPS pode gerar transformações profundas na atenção à saúde de uma população, principalmente ao trabalhar com o conceito de Sofrimento Psíquico e com o paradigma \"existência x sofrimento\" ao invés de \"doença x cura\". Objetivo: Analisa-se a implantação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial de um município de grande porte segundo os princípios da Reforma Psiquiátrica Antimanicomial. Método: A presente tese consiste em uma narrativa analítica da implantação da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) baseada nos Princípios que norteiam a Reforma Psiquiátrica Antimanicomial (RPA) Considerações Finais Demonstra-se que a implantação das Diretrizes da Reforma Psiquiátrica Antimanicomial e os Serviços da Rede de atenção Psicossocial influenciam diretamente nos índices de internação em hospitais psiquiátricos e possibilitam a execução de mudanças no conceito de Saúde da gestão

ABSTRACT

Introduction: Although there are several studies on the implementation of mental health services and their effectiveness for the care of specific individuals (case studies) or the evaluation of Psychosocial Care Centers, there are no studies on the implementation of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS ) In a municipality. The implementation of the RAPS is the consolidation in public services of a Politics conquered by the population through the Antimanicomial Fight. Despite (of the latter) to fight for a societal project its greatest fruits until the moment are constituted in the Legislation that supports the Psychiatric Reform and the RAPS. The implantation of RAPS can generate profound changes in the health care of a population, especially when working with the concept of Psychic Suffering and with the paradigm \"existence x suffering\" instead of the \"cure X disease\". Objective: To analyze the implantation of the Network of Psychosocial Care of a large city according to the principles of the Psychiatric Renovation Antimanicomial. Methodology: The present thesis consists of an analytical narrative of the implementation of the Psychosocial Care Network (RAPS) based on the Principles that guide the Psychiatric Renovation of Antimanicomial (RPA). Final Considerations It has been demonstrated that the implementation of the Guidelines for Psychiatric Renovation Psychosocial care network directly influence the indexes of hospitalization in asylums and enable the implementation of changes in the concept of Health management
