Sentidos do trabalho para jovens de um empreendimento solidário e para trainees / Meanings of work for young people of a solidarity enterprise and for trainees

RESUMO

Os estudos sobre sentidos do trabalho tornaram-se bastante difundidos na academia brasileira. Neste, buscou-se compreender os sentidos do trabalho para jovens em organizações de trabalho distintas trainees e trabalhadores de um empreendimento solidário. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e foram analisados por análise de conteúdo. O sentido do trabalho está ligado às questões como classe social e grau de escolaridade. O contrato de trabalho também pode ser uma variável na atribuição de sentido do trabalho. Sugere-se que novos trabalhos busquem não só atentar aos fatores apontados, como também ao vínculo trabalhista que se estabelece.

ABSTRACT

Studies about the meaning of work have become quite widespread in the Brazilian academy. In this sense, the authors aimed to contribute to the field by understanding the meanings of work for young people with different working organizations trainees and workers of a supportive enterprise. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed by content analysis. The results suggest that the meaning of work may be linked to issues such as social class and educational level. The employment contract can also be a variable in the attribution of meaning. It is suggested that new studies seek not only to pay attention to the factors mentioned, but also to the labor relationship that is established.
