Um monólogo entre a lógica do trabalho e a lógica do desejo na era da modernidade líquida / A monologue between the logic of work and logic of desire in the era of liquid modernity

RESUMO

O trabalho bancário tem se revelado instrumento de vulnerabilização dos trabalhadores, os quais se encontram imersos num cenário dominado pela racionalidade instrumental e lógica financeira, que enxergam os homens como utensílios organizacionais. Tais fatores contribuem para o desencontro entre expectativas de trabalhadores e organizações e, por conseguinte entre a lógica do trabalho e a lógica do desejo, razão porque se faz necessário identificar o impacto da ausência de diálogo entre referidas lógicas. Para tanto utilizamos a abordagem qualitativa, a Sociologia Clínica e Psicodinâmica do Trabalho. As entrevistas revelaram que o empoderamento da competição e do individualismo fomentou o monólogo entre trabalho e desejo e, por conseguinte, a fragilização do sentido do trabalho, a ausência e o litígio do desejo, além do adoecimento dos trabalhadores frente ao enfraquecimento da governança, que, derrotada pela malversação do desejo, não conseguiu combater e limitar a competição autofágica entre os bancários.

ABSTRACT

Banking as a job revels itself as vulnerability tool of workers, who are immersed in a setting dominated by instrumental rationality and financial logic, which sees men as organizational tools. Such factors contribute to the mismatch between expectations of workers and organizations and between the logic of work and the logic of desire, reason why it is necessary to identify the impact of the lack of dialogue between these logic fields. For this, the qualitative approach, the Clinical Sociology and Psychodynamics of Work, was used. The interviews revealed that the empowerment of competition and individualism fostered the monologue between work and desire and, therefore, the weakening of the meaning of work, the lack and litigation of desire as well as the sickness of workers in the face of the weakening of governance, which defeated by malpractice of desire has failed to limit autophagic competition among banks.
