ABSTRACT
SUMMARY The Charles Bonnet syndrome has been mentioned since the 18th century as the presence of complex visual hallucinations with impaired vision without other diseases associated in the elderly. This syndrome is also found in the child population, apparently infrequent because of the scarce literature in this group. The case of a minor who meets the criteria is shown.
