A subjetividade do professor e sua expressão nas ações e relações pedagógicas / The teachers' subjectivity and its expression in actions and pedagogical relations

RESUMO

RESUMO: O objetivo do artigo é analisar como está constituída a subjetividade de professores expressa por meio das ações e relações pedagógicas vivenciadas no cotidiano da escola. A pesquisa foi metodologicamente orientada pela Epistemologia Qualitativa, visando estabelecer um olhar complexo e sistêmico sobre o tema. Utilizou-se como recursos de investigação o Complemento de Frases e a Entrevista com 05 (cinco) professores de ensino Médio e Superior. A partir dos resultados da pesquisa, foi possível identificar que a subjetividade do professor, que se expressa em suas ações e em suas relações pedagógicas, está constituída por meio de processos e formações que sinalizam para o reconhecimento da importância das experiências vividas, o enfrentamento de desafios como fator de mudança, a busca constante da atualização do conhecimento, a consciência dos próprios limites, a preocupação com o bem-estar do outro e a consciência de sua ação profissional na vida dos estudantes.

ABSTRACT: The objective of the research is to investigate how teachers constitute their subjectivity expressed in their actions and pedagogical relations identified as subjects in the teaching process. The research was methodologically guided by the Qualitative Epistemology with the objective to set a complex and systemic view about the theme. Sentence complement and interviews with five teachers from high school and university levels were used as methodological research tools. It was possible to understand that the subjectivity of the teachers as an expression of his/her actions and pedagogical relationships embodies important elements taken from their living experiences. The way they faced challenges as a changing factor in their lives, their constant need for updating knowledge, the awareness of their own limits, the concern about the well-being of the other and the consciousness of their professional action in their students' lives are some of these elements.
