El reconocimiento del saber de la generación sénior / On the recognition of the knowledge of the senior generation

RESUMEN

Se plantea un breve análisis de los múltiples cambios que se dan en totas las generaciones y en menor medida para la generación sénior a la que se le continúan atribuyendo roles y actividades con una mirada anacrónica lo que comporta que en los diferentes sectores sociales se tengan intereses e imágenes diferentes apoyo y cuidado de los nietos y nietas en el entorno familiar; generación destinataria para el consumo de las ofertas de ocio y tecnología; apoyo en tareas de voluntariado y, finalmente, grupo destinatario de las acciones que realizan los servicios sanitarios para lograr una mayor calidad de vida. Se evidencia el sesgo de las propuestas con las consiguientes interpretaciones y discriminaciones que no disminuyen los estereotipos vinculados a la edad ni abren oportunidades nuevas. Se expone el marco teórico que sustenta el proyecto "Construcción de conocimiento a partir de relaciones multigeneracionales" y se muestra la investigación que se ha realizado, partiendo del análisis de caso, siguiendo los parámetros de la metodología Investigación Acción Participativa. Se analiza el proceso seguido con la participación de las tres generaciones alumnado, profesorado y generación sénior. Finalmente se evidencia el valor del proyecto con la valoración cualitativa de las tres generaciones.

ABSTRACT

A brief analysis of the multiple changes that occur in all generations and, to a lesser extent, for the senior generation is given, which continues to attribute roles and activities with an anachronistic view which means that in the different social sectors Have different interests and images support and care of the grandchildren in the family environment; Target generation for consumption of leisure and technology offers; Support in volunteer tasks and, finally, target group of the actions carried out by health services to achieve a higher quality of life. The bias of the proposals is evidenced with the consequent interpretations and discriminations that do not diminish the stereotypes linked to the age nor open new opportunities. The theoretical framework that underpins the project "Knowledge building based on multigenerational relations" is presented and the research that has been carried out, starting from the case analysis, is presented, following the parameters of the Research Participatory Action methodology. It analyzes the process followed with the participation of the three generations students, teachers and senior generation. Finally the value of the project is evidenced with the qualitative evaluation of the three generations.
