Concepções de desenvolvimento, aprendizagem e leitura na proposta do PNAIC / Conceptions of development, learning and reading in the PNAIC proposal

RESUMO

Partindo da hipótese Vigotskiana de que o desenvolvimento humano é promovido pelo nexo entre as funções psicológicas, objetivaram-se (i) apreender as concepções de desenvolvimento humano e de aprendizagem que fundamentam o PNAIC, (ii) analisar a concepção de ensino e aprendizagem da leitura presente na proposta de alfabetização formulada no documento do PNAIC. Realizou-se uma análise documental dos Cadernos de Apresentação e dos Cadernos das Unidades 1 e 2 (2012) referentes ao 1º ano do Ensino Fundamental na perspectiva dos Núcleos de Significação, com foco no eixo da leitura. Os resultados indicaram que o PNAIC se sustenta na noção de que o desenvolvimento se antecipa ao aprendizado da língua e que a aprendizagem da leitura não é claramente articulada ao ensino.

ABSTRACT

Based on the Vygotskian hypothesis that human development is promoted by the nexus between psychological functions, the objective was to (i) apprehend the conceptions of human development and learning that underpin the PNAIC, (ii) analyze the conception of teaching and learning of reading present in the literacy proposal formulated in the PNAIC document. A documentary analysis of the Presentation Notebooks and the Notebooks of Units 1 and 2 (2012) regarding the 1st year of Elementary School was carried out from the perspective of the Nuclei of Meaning, focusing on the reading axis. The results indicated that the PNAIC is based on the notion that development anticipates language learning and that learning from reading is not clearly articulated to teaching.
