RESUMO

Resumo O presente artigo objetiva trazer os conceitos interseccionalidade, racismo institucional e direitos humanos para compreender a violência obstétrica relacionada às mulheres negras na saúde. Pretende pontuar o movimento de mulheres negras como responsável por pautar as especificidades desse grupo social na perspectiva de cidadania insurgente. Entende-se que tal movimento é de fundamental importância na luta pelo direitos das mulheres negras brasileiras, principalmente no que diz respeito aos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos.

ABSTRACT

Abstract This article aims to bring the concepts intersectionality, institutional racism and human rights to understand obstetric violence related to black women in health. It aims to punctuate the movement of black women as responsible for guiding the specificities of this social group in the perspective of insurgent citizenship. It is understood that such a movement is of fundamental importance in the struggle for the rights of black Brazilian women, especially with regard to sexual and reproductive rights.
