RESUMO
Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a Gestão Gerontológica Individual, que visa proporcionar o envelhecimento saudável, com base em um programa de atividades a ser inserido na rotina dos idosos. As experiências relatadas foram realizadas durante a pesquisa de doutorado da autora em sua empresa e, posteriormente, reaplicadas em outros contextos. A experiência também será discutida à luz de trabalhos científicos. Espera-se que esse trabalho possa contribuir com a área da Gerontologia Aplicada.
ABSTRACT
This article aims to present the Individual Gerontological Management aimed at providing healthy aging, based on a program of activities to be inserted into the routine of the elderly. The experiences were carried out during the author's doctoral research in your company, subsequently reapplied in other contexts. The experience presented will also be discussed in the light of scientific work. It is expected that this work will contribute to the field of applied gerontology.
