A enfermeira e os clientes portadores de hepatite C: compartilhamento desaberes na educação em saúde pelas concepções da linguagem

RESUMO

O objeto de estudo é a autonomia do cliente portador de hepatite C a partir da ação comunicativa da enfermeira na educação em saúde. Os objetivos deste estudo foramIdentificar as necessidades de orientação quanto ao tratamento utilizado pelos clientes portadores de Hepatite C; Descrever as estratégias oferecidas pela enfermeira ao cliente portador de hepatite C no manejo de seu tratamento para o alcance da autonomia; Analisar,através das concepções da linguagem, a ação comunicativa da enfermeira no compartilhamento de saberes com clientes sobre o tratamento da Hepatite C. Tratou-se de um estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa. O cenário foi o Ambulatório de Hepatologia do Hospital Universitário Clementino Fraga Filho (HUCFF), no município do Rio de Janeiro,centro de referência no tratamento das Hepatopatias. Os sujeitos foram doze clientes cadastrados na Consulta de Enfermagem que está vinculada ao Programa de Hepatite C, e matendimento no ambulatório de Hepatologia. A coleta de dados foi realizada através de reuniões, compondo o grupo focal, após a aprovação pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa do Hospital Escola São Francisco de Assis/Escola de Enfermagem Anna Nery e anuência do Hospital Universitário Clementino Fraga Filho. O instrumento de coleta de dados incluiu o levantamento das informações gerais do cliente, dados sociodemográficos e os temas geradores para discussão no grupo focal construídos a partir da concepção de linguagem integrada às dimensões do significado e validade, propostos por Habermas - representativa,interativa e expressiva. Finalizou-se a coleta de informações quando da observação da recorrência e saturação dos achados. ABSTRACT

The object of study is the hepatitis C carrier’s autonomy from the communicative action ofnurse in health education. The study objectives were to identify needs of advice as totreatment used by hepatitis C carriers; describe strategies offered by nurses to the hepatitis Ccarrier in managing their treatment for reaching the autonomy; analyze through theconceptions of language, the communicative action of the nurse in the knowledge sharingwith customers about the treatment of hepatitis C. It was a descriptive study of qualitativeapproach. The scenario was the Hepatology clinic of the Hospital Universitário ClementinoFraga Filho (HUCFF), in the municipality of Rio de Janeiro, the Centre of reference in thetreatment of liver diseases. The subjects were twelve customers registered on the nursingconsultation, linked to the hepatitis C program, in attendance at the Hepatology clinic. Thedata were collected through meetings, compounding the focal group, after approval by theResearch Ethics Committee of the Hospital Escola São Francisco de Assis/Escola de AnnaNery and consent of the Hospital Universitário Clementino Fraga Filho. The data collectioninstrument included the lifting of the General information of the customer, socio-demographicdata and the topics for discussion in the focal group built from the design of languageintegrated to the dimensions of meaning and validity, proposed by Habermas-representative,interactive and expressive.
