Humanização no trabalho docente de enfermagem na perspectiva da saúde do trabalhador

RESUMO

A pesquisa apresenta como objeto a humanização no trabalho do docente de enfermagem de uma universidade pública. Objetivos: descrever a percepção do docente de enfermagem acerca da humanização no seu trabalho; discutir as implicações da humanização no trabalho do docente de enfermagem para a saúde deste trabalhador e analisar os fatores facilitadores e os impeditivos para a humanização no trabalho do docente de enfermagem.Metodologia: estudo descritivo e exploratório, de natureza qualitativa, desenvolvido em uma universidade pública federal da Região Sudeste do Brasil com dezenove docentes do curso de Enfermagem. Utilizou-se um questionário para traçar o perfil sociodemográfico, profissional e laboral dos docentes e a entrevista semi estruturada como técnica de coleta de dados. A análise temática evidenciou os dados significativos e os aspectos éticos foram respeitados.Resultados: no que concerne à “humanização no trabalho”, foi possível elaborar um construto a partir do coletivo docente acerca do entendimento dessa expressão, evidenciando a presença marcante da importância da valorização dos sujeitos envolvidos no processo laboral,atentando para sua subjetividade, protagonismo e autonomia no trabalho, priorizando as relações interpessoais e incluindo a ética nesse espaço coletivo, que deve estar calcado,sobretudo, no respeito. Ao descrever a percepção acerca da “humanização no trabalho docente”, emergiram subcategorias que versam sobre os desafios para a humanização no trabalho docente de enfermagem e humanização nesse trabalho. Quanto às implicações do trabalho humanizado e desumanizado para a saúde do trabalhador, evidenciou-se que estas produzem efeitos no processo saúde-doença bem como no trabalho docente em si, ultrapassando, por vezes, os limites do universo laboral...

ABSTRACT

The research has as its object the humanization in teaching the work of nursing at apublic university. Objectives: To describe the perception of nursing faculty about thehumanization of their work; discuss the implications of humanization in the work of nursingfaculty to the health of this worker and analyze the risk factors and impediments to humanizethe work of nursing faculty. Methodology: descriptive study of a qualitative nature,developed in a federal public university in southeastern Brazil nineteen faculty of the nursingcourse. We used a questionnaire to profile sociodemographic, professional and labor ofteachers and semi-structured interviews as a data collection technique. The thematic analysisrevealed the significant data and the ethical aspects were respected. Results: regarding the"humanization of work", it was possible to design a construct from the teacher collectiveabout the understanding of this expression, demonstrating the strong presence of theimportance of valuing the subjects involved in the labor process, noting their subjectivity, roleand autonomy at work, giving priority to interpersonal relations and including ethics in thiscollective space, which should be underpinned, above all, respect. In describing theperception about "humanization in teaching work", subcategories emerged that deal with thechallenges to humanization in the teaching work of nursing and humanization in this work.The implications of the humanized and dehumanized work to the worker's health, it wasshown that these take effect on the health-disease process and the teaching profession itself,surpassing sometimes the limits of the working world...
