Contexto familiar de adolescentes em medida socioeducativa: fortalecimento do potencial protetivo / Family context of adolescents in socioeducative measure: strengthening its portective potential

RESUMO

OBJETIVO: Conhecer o contexto familiar de adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa em regime de semiliberdade. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada com 15 familiares, cujos dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada submetidos ao software Alceste e analisados pela técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin. RESULTADOS: Os resultados apontaram quatro classes temáticas denominadas o envolvimento do filho com as drogas e o ato infracional no contexto familiar e o papel da medida socioeducativa; a dificuldade de monitoramento do filho e o risco da rua e das drogas para atos infracionais; a luta cotidiana da mãe no cuidado dos filhos e o estudo e trabalho como expectativas de melhor futuro; e, histórias de vidas marcadas por violência, desamparo social e as estratégias de superação. CONCLUSÃO: Evidenciou-se a necessidade do fortalecimento do potencial protetivo das famílias, visando a resultados efetivos no processo de ressocialização.

ABSTRACT

AIM: To study the family context of adolescents in compliance with socio-educational measures in a partial freedom regime. METHODOLOGY: This is a qualitative study carried out with 15 family members, whose data were collected through a semi-structured interview submitted to Alceste Software and analyzed by the Bardin content analysis technique. RESULTS: The results indicated four thematic classes the involvement of the child with drugs and the infraction in the family context and the role of the socio-educational measure; the difficulty of monitoring the child and the risk of the street and drugs for infractions; the daily struggle of the mother in the care of the children and study and work as indicators of a better future; and stories of lives marked by violence, social abandonment and coping strategies. CONLCUSION There was found to be a need for strengthening the protective potential of families, aiming at effective results in the process of resocialization.
