Centros Socioeducativos de Régimen Cerrado. Factores contextuales, repercusiones institucionales y su impacto en la subjetividad / Socio-educational Closed Centers. Contextual factors, institutional repercussions and their impact on subjectivity

RESUMEN

El presente escrito se desprende del proyecto de beca de culminación de doctorado que se propone indagar el desgaste profesional de los trabajadores de los Centros Socioeducativos de Régimen Cerrado que albergan a los jóvenes que han infringido la ley penal. Se presentan los resultados preliminares obtenidos a través de los instrumentos de observación simple y entrevista en profundidad. Los mismos son articulados teóricamente desde la perspectiva de la Psicodinámica del Trabajo y la Psicología Institucional. En esta oportunidad se analizan las características particulares de la organización del trabajo de dichos dispositivos penales juveniles, destacando los aspectos coyunturales de un proceso de transferencia jurisdiccional. Proceso que produce cambios en la estructura formal y por ende impacta en la subjetividad de los miembros que conforman las instituciones objeto de estudio.

ABSTRACT

The present paper is a result of the doctoral fellowship project that aims to investigate the professional exhaustion of the workers of the Socio-educational Centers of Closed Regime that shelter young people who have violated criminal law. Preliminary results obtained through the instruments of simple observation and in-depth interview are presented. They are articulated theoretically from the perspective of Work Psychodynamics and Institutional Psychology. In this opportunity the particular characteristics of the organization of the work of said juvenile criminal devices are analyzed, emphasizing the conjunctural aspects of a judicial transference process. Process that produces changes in the formal structure and repercussions on the subjectivity of the members that make up the institutions under study.
