RESUMO
Objetivou-se comparar as características sociodemográficas de mulheres segundo cor/, com foco nas mulheres negras e analisar os tipos mais comuns de agressões a elas infringidas na assistência ao parto pelo Sistema Único de Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo transversal de base populacional, com dados provenientes da pesquisa Rede Cegonha do Ministério da Saúde. Por meio de inquérito telefônico, foram realizadas entrevistas com puérperas que receberam atendimento no ano de 2013. No estudo, foi observado os piores indicadores sociodemográficos nos grupos de pardas, negras e indígenas se comparadas as mulheres de cor/raça branca. As violências mais comuns foram a episiotomia, a manobra de Kristeller e o impedimento de um acompanhante no momento do parto. No estudo, houve um excesso de mulheres de cor parda que referiram ter sofrido toques vaginais repetitivos. Conclui-se que, muitas das intervenções usadas na rotina de um parto são desnecessárias ou mesmo prejudiciais à mulher, sendo assim, violentas. Desta forma, é necessário que haja uma maior discussão sobre um modelo de assistência ao parto que se paute em um maior protagonismo da mulher, nos seus desejos e nas suas histórias de vida.
ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to compare the socio-demographic characteristics of women according to color /, with a focus on black women and to analyze the most common types of aggressions that they suffered in childbirth care by the Unified Health System. This is a population- With data from the Rede Cegonha survey of the Ministry of Health. Through a telephone survey, interviews were carried out with puerperal women who received care in the year 2013. In the study, the worst socio-demographic indicators were observed in the groups of blacks, Women of color / white race. The most common violence was episiotomy, Kristeller's maneuver, and the impediment of an escort at the time of delivery. In the study, there were an excess of brown women who reported having undergone repetitive vaginal touches. It is concluded that many of the interventions used in the routine of a childbirth are unnecessary or even harmful to the woman, thus being violent. In this way, there is a need for more discussion about a model of childbirth care based on the greater role of women, their desires and life histories.
