RESUMO
RESUMO O objetivo da pesquisa foi compreender a percepção docente sobre a relação existente entre situações de conflito e intervenções pedagógicas em aulas de Educação Física (EF). Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, qualitativa, que utilizou entrevistas semiestruturadas, diário de aula e promoveu reflexão conjunta entre três professores de EF do Ensino Fundamental II e Ensino Médio e a pesquisadora. Os dados da pesquisa passaram por análise de conteúdo a partir de categorias pré-definidas situações de conflito e ações implementadas. Os conflitos foram classificados segundo Moore(1). Professores, anteriormente resistentes em relação à convivência com os conflitos, passaram a exercitar o papel de mediadores entre as partes. Tais condutas foram ocasionadas pela mudança na percepção sobre como lidar com os conflitos em aula, o que alterou sua prática pedagógica ao utilizar novas estratégias, como a negociação com base na empatia.
ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT The objective of the research was to understand the teacher perception about the relationship between conflict situations and pedagogical interventions in Physical Education (PE) classes. It is a descriptive, qualitative research that used semi-structured interviews, class diary and promoted joint reflection between three EF teachers from Elementary School II and High School and the researcher. The data of the research went through an analysis of content from predefined categories conflict situations and actions implemented. Conflicts were classified according to Moore(1). Teachers, previously resistant to living with conflicts, began to exercise the role of mediators between the parties. These behaviors were caused by the change in the perception about how to deal with classroom conflicts, which altered their pedagogical practice by using new strategies, such as empathy based negotiation.
