RESUMEN
Paciente femenina de 16 años de edad, con antecedente médico de hipertensión arterial por cinco años, en la cual la ecografía renal con Doppler dúplex demostró anormalidad en las ondas de flujo en la aorta. Esto llevó a la sospecha de coartación aórtica, la cual fue confirmada con angiotomografía. Posteriormente, hubo reparo endovascular con normalización de la presión arterial
ABSTRACT
16 year old female patient, with a 5-year diagnosis of hypertension. An abdominal ultrasound with Doppler Duplex showed abnormalities of the aortic phasic wave flow, which led to the suspicion of aortic coarctation. This was confirmed by CT angiography. Patient then underwent endovascular repair with a complete resolution of hypertension
