O enfermeiro e os desafios da inclusão: outros "entrelugares" da formação e da prática profissional / Nurses and the challenges of the inclusion: other "betweenplaces" of formation and professional practice

RESUMO

O presente texto objetiva apresentar panoramicamente alguns dispositivos legais que norteiam o enfermeiro e o cliente surdo em instituições de saúde. Para tanto, ampliaremos algumas discussões sobre cultura e políticas de saúde, trazendo para o debate contribuições dos Estudos Culturais, da Saúde Coletiva e da Comunicação em saúde. Desse modo, trataremos o ambiente hospitalar como um espaço multicultural e o enfermeiro como um agente inclusivo, a fim de produzir dados que exponham a relevância do estudo. Assim, na busca de sistematizar o ensaio em questão, os procedimentos técnicos da pesquisa têm abordagem documental, tendo como instrumento para a produção dos dados, a Lei da LIBRAS (Língua Brasileira de Sinais), fundamentalmente em seu artigo terceiro. Almeja-se, com este trabalho, refletir a necessidade de novas políticas públicas que considerem, de fato, o bilinguismo e, ao mesmo tempo, reafirmar que a formação em Enfermagem deve vincular-se ao campo de trabalho e à prática social do enfermeiro.

ABSTRACT

This text aims panoramically present some legal provisions that guide the nurse and the deaf client in health institutions. Therefore, we will extend some discussions on culture and health policies, bringing to the debate contributions of Cultural Studies, Public Health and Health communication. Therefore, we will treat the hospital as a multicultural space and the nurse as an inclusive agent in order to produce data that expose the relevance of the study. Thus, in seeking to systematize the test in question, the technical procedures of the research have documentary approach, taking as a tool for compiling the data the Law of Libras (Brazilian Sign Language), mainly in its third article. One hopes, with this work, reflect the need for new public policies that consider, in fact, bilingualism and, while reaffirming that formation in nursing should be linked to the field of work and nursing social practice.
