Psicoterapia con una niña psicótica / Psychotherapy with a psychotic girl

RESUMEN

Esta presentación dilucidará la puesta en práctica de la supervisión del Dr. Meltzer y en particular sus pensamientos descritos en el Proceso Psicoanalítico (Meltzer, 1967). El trabajo clínico describirá aspectos de la esperanza, el concepto de tiempo y la emergencia gradual de capacidades reparatorias y creativas en una niña psicótica de 6 años de edad. Se mostrará la emergencia de capacidades de simbolización a través del curso de la terapia.

ABSTRACT

This presentation will elucidate the application of Dr. Meltzer's supervision and in particular his thoughts described in the Psychoanalytic Process (Meltzer, 1967). The clinical work will describe aspects of hope, the concept of time and the gradual emergence of reparative and creative capacities in a six year old psychotic girl. The emergence of symbolising capacities throughout the course of therapy will be shown
