Las metamorfosis puberales en el espacio grupal: una mirada psicoanalítica / The pubertal metamorphosis in the group space: a psychoanalytic look

RESUMEN

Se presenta parte de los resultados de un estudio que exploró las experiencias en torno a las metamorfosis puberales en un grupo de jóvenes de Ciudad de México. Se realizaron grupos focales con hombres y mujeres (13 a 15 años) y se analizó el material emergente con una estrategia interpretativa, a la luz del psicoanálisis. Se acota aquí la exposición a la reflexión sobre uno de los grupos mixtos del proyecto. Se ve que las transformaciones corporales ocupan un lugar central en la pubertad y son vividas como algo que irrumpe y rompe la continuidad de la experiencia de hombres y mujeres. Los cambios en la sexualidad resultan inquietantes y el grupo se constituye como un espacio de contención que permite poner en palabras lo innombrable y pensar sobre ello. Escuchar las voces de estas personas jóvenes permitió también acceder a una mirada más lúdica y gozosa de sus vivencias

ABSTRACT

This paper presents the main results of a study that explored the experiences related to pubertal metamorphosis in a group of teenagers in Mexico City. Were performed focus groups with men and women (13 to 15 years old) and was analyzed the discursive material with an interpretive strategy, according to psychoanalysis theory. Were specifically showed the results concerning one of the mixed groups. The body changes play a major role in puberty and are experienced as something that strikes and breaks the continuity of the experience of men and women. The sexuality changes are disturbing and the group constitutes a space of emotional support that allows them to put in words the unnamable and to think about it. Listen to the voices of these youngsters, also allowed access a playful and pleasant perspective of their experiences too
