ABSTRACT
Urogenital Bilhariziasis is an endemic affection in Morocco [Schistosoma Haematobium]. Diagnosis is easy microscopically or endoscopically. When the disease is treated medically and the patient is not reinfested, the prognosis is excellent, but when lesions are deep, management becomes difficult and results depend on the quality of sheets. We treated endoscopically 6 patients [25%] with good results, and surgically 14 patients we had to enlarge bladder, or to replace ureters [Ureteroentero-plasty for damaged small bladder or wide dilated ureters. Our results in this kind of lesions are medium. Carcinoma occurring on bilharzial bladder in our short experience has the worst prognosis [4 cases 4 deaths]
