ABSTRACT
Unextracted and extracted Roselle seeds [Hibiscus sabdarifa L.] were analyzed for determining moisture, crude protein, fat extract nitrogen tree extract, crude fiber, ash, calcium. Phosphorus and sulfur. these analyses were carried out to establish the quality indices for Roselle seed oil. Similarly, the iodine number, saponification number, Reichert-Meissel and Potenske values were also obtained due to the importance of such constants in identifying any possible oil adulteration
