Clinical teachers' effectiveness as perceived by nursing students

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to assess clinical teachers' effectiveness as perceived by nursing students at El-Mansoura Higher Institute of Nursing before and after conducting an educational program for clinical teachers. Results of this study yielded an improvement of knowledge among clinical teachers after the program. Results also reflected a positive change in the students' perceptions of their clinical teachers, this change was obvious after conducting the workshop
