ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of different acrylic cranial implants on serum immunoglobulins level. Fifteen patients were selected for this study. The results obtained showed insignificant change in serum immunoglobulins IgA, IgG, IgM and IgE level in patients receiving heat-processed acrylic resin cranial implants. Significant change in serum immunoglobulins [IgA, IgG, IgM and IgE] level was noticed in patients receiving autopolymerizing acrylic resin and visible light-curing resin cranial implants
